Fourplay Friday Vol 36

FFSquare36 It’s time once again to celebrate the countdown to our weekend that we call Friday. Today’s Fourplay Friday will have quite the bit of vigor to get you to tonights events.

We start out with a new single from Ark Patrol. “Let Go” featuring Veronika Redd which is a deeper cut then what we’ve heard previously from him. The now Los Angeles based Hawaiian artist has recently dropped his debut album Voyager on Heroic, scoring a #28 iTunes USA chart position. You can go scoop up this new single from iTunes and pick up his album while your there.
Next up we have a remix of one of my favorites, The M Machine. The trio now duo recently release an EP entitled Just Like and it looks like there will be a follow up remix EP in the coming months. OWSLA decided to tease us with this news with a remix from Manila Killa. The transformation from a light tropical tune to minimal tech house and back keeps this track feeling fresh.
Next in our Fourplay journey we have a song I’m pretty excited about. It’s the new track from KickRaux called “Mojito” and it introduces KickRaux’s new Future Dancehall sound. This also kicks off his new label Future Dancehall Records. Turn this one on and move your feet.
Last but not least we crank it up a notch with Porter Robinson remixing “The Thrill” by Nero. Porter keeps the verses heavily chill, and laden with future influences. In the drop however is where he lets it go with a fast pace synth and a grandiose feel. This track made it’s debut with his weekend one performance at Coachella. After the response thankfully he uploaded it for the rest of us to stream and enjoy.
