Fourplay Friday Vol 22

Fourplay Friday Volume 22 is here and we’ve got some hot beats for your cold Friday. There seemed to be quite a bit of tropical house style tunes that came my way this week, but I just don’t feel right posting light and airy tropical sounds when it’s only 28 degrees here. I know some of you think thats warm but in Texas that might as well be sub zero.

First song to put some heat in your veins is a joint by PHAZZ. This soulful original is in support of Charlie Hebdo. While not making a political statement on the tragedy that happened I agree with PHAZZ that, “we all have to take care of expression freedom and keep believing in it.” Je Suis Charlie. Next up is a remix by Sable as he takes on JAPANESE WALLPAPER‘s tune “Between Friends”. The purchase of this Future Jam also is a benevolent endeavor as all profits go to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre. Which provides housing, health care, legal appointments + other services to support asylum seekers in Australia. The next winter heater we have coming is just a good ole fashioned free track from our giving purveyors of bass music, Otodayo Records. This time they bring us Wet Paint. The track “Limitless Featuring Willdabeast is a delightful genre deifying mix of psychedelic and future sounds wrapped in a electro hip-hop style groove that you would expect in the vein of Pretty Lights and company. Last but not least we have NoCopyrightSounds delivering the latest release from T-Mass. We’ve been treated to some of the best tunes in the dubstep and trap genres in the past from T-Mass but now he shows us that future bass is just another weapon that he has is his very polished arsenal. With that last log on the Fourplay Friday fire here is wishing you a warm weekend.
